Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Zinda Foods Ltd (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer’s Card/Bank Account but the enrollment for the examination is unsuccessful. Customer would be provided with the enrollment by NISM at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, Customer wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at zindafoodsltd@gmail.com. We’re available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept the cancellation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Faulty products: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund up to 30 days from receipt. If possible, please advise us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt so we can put things right as soon as we can. Subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will refund or provide a replacement as applicable.

We’re afraid we cannot refund the cost of postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us, nor refund the original cost of delivery, unless of course we agree that you have received damaged or faulty goods.

Non-faulty products: We’re unable to refund non-faulty products. If you are dissatisfied with the product we do not accept returns nor do we offer refunds.
